Principal

With over 25 years of national leadership experience, Darci is a forward-thinking HR consultant and leadership coach. She’s seen it all and has worked with everything from professional services and nonprofits to startups, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and creative agencies- quite the resume. Darci excels at turning unique challenges—whether for organizations or leaders—into smart, strategic solutions that really get results. Darci’s leadership track record speaks for itself, and it's loud and clear.

Sr. Consultant

Martina’s known for bringing fresh, innovative ideas to work. She’s all about building positive, inclusive workplaces that actually perform, and align with what your organization needs. Martina’s got a BA in Sociology, a Mini MBA, plus certifications in HR Law and Workplace Mental Health Leadership. Not to mention she’s been named one of Toronto’s Top 50 Women Leaders two years running, with work featured in Hardlines.

HR Consultant

Annalisa is a valued part of the HR Compass team, known for her thoughtful research,  reliability and exceptional customer service- she helps keep our company and our work culture running strong. She earned both her undergraduate degree and a post-grad certificate in Human Resource Management from York University. Plus, she’s an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association, staying connected and up-to-date in the field with best practices.
